Discover your ideal diet with NUTRINALYSIS
NUTRINALYSIS is a unique, nutrition profiling tool that reveals precisely which foods to eat and the dietary habits that lead to optimal health, energy, wellbeing and weight.
It takes a science-based approach to educating individuals about what it really means to eat a healthy diet, exposing and exploding numerous dietary myths along the way.
NUTRINALYSIS is unlike other nutritional programmes in that it embraces the concept of ‘biochemical individuality??the scientific finding that nutritional needs vary from person to person. NUTRINALYSIS incorporates a specially designed questionnaire that tailors nutritional advice for each individual, revealing the diet most suited to their ‘metabolic type?(see 'Why the ideal diet is not the same for everyone' below).
What is NUTRINALYSIS?
NUTRINALYSIS takes the form of a personalised report generated from the answers given to a 60-item questionnaire.
The first half of the programme analyses your current eating habits and attitudes to food. The report provides key, research-backed facts and learning points about the impact that specific foodstuffs have on health, wellbeing and weight. It provides interpretation of your answers, and offers individualised, practical advice regarding the broad dietary changes that are most likely to allow you to achieve your health goals.
The second part of NUTRINALYSIS goes further in that it embraces the fact that nutritional needs vary from person to person. A specially designed questionnaire us used to reveal your ideal diet, and offers practical guidance on how to incorporate this easily into your life.
The personalised NUTRINALYSIS report includes lists of preferred (and non-preferred) foods for your specific nutritional needs, as well as appropriate meal suggestions. Recipes specifically created for your metabolic type are available on the NUTRINALYSIS website too.
The NUTRINALYSIS website also contains detailed, background information on which the programme is based. A full list of scientific references is also provided.

Why the ideal diet is not the same for everyone
It is not uncommon to find that the effects of a particular diet vary considerably between individuals. Science shows, for example, that some individuals lose weight and feel energised on a particular diet, while others find little or no benefit. A major reason for this is the fact that the ideal fuel for our bodies varies from person to person.
Studies show, for instance, that some individuals metabolise fat very efficiently, while others don’t. The same is true for carbohydrate. It does seem that one man’s meat can be another’s poison. Knowing the foods your body runs best on is key to eating in a way that optimises weight, wellbeing, energy levels and general health.
Scientific studies and clinical experience show that differences in metabolism are reflected in certain characteristics (including body measurements, appetite, response to specific foods and other physical characteristics). The second questionnaire uses these characteristics to identify your specific ‘metabolic type?and your individual ideal diet.
Trustworthy, research-backed information and advice
Nutrition can be a confusing area, with experts often giving different accounts of healthy eating. For example, some health professionals advocate a diet low in fat, while others maintain a diet low in carbohydrate is best for us.
NUTRINALYSIS is not based on any particular party line: the information and advice it imparts is based on more than 300 scientific studies (a full list of which come in the supporting material on the NUTRINALYSIS website). The programme is founded in science fact, not science fiction.
